For standard bookings cancellations must be made 5 days prior to check-in for a full refund.

 

Any cancellation made within the 5 days prior to check-in will be charged for the first night’s stay +taxes and fees.

 

Cancellations made on the same day as arrival will be charged the full amount and will only be refunded if the nights cancelled can be re-booked.

 

For group bookings please refer to your booking agreement for cancellation policy.

 

There are no refunds for shortened stays or early departures.
