1. Upon booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.

2. You’ll hear from us again 7 days prior to your arrival: We’ll email you a check-in form to fill in and sign, please be sure to answer all questions in order for us to help make sure you have the best stay possible.

3. Once your check-in form is filled out and signed you will receive your check-in instructions via email 24hrs prior to your arrival.

If you are coming to celebrate a birthday, anniversary or something else please let us know if we can help do anything to make your stay more memorable!

3. Parking is limited and reserved for our 1 bedroom suites. However our parking lot can only accommodate small cars to midsized SUVs. Please be sure to let us know what type of vehicle you will be driving in your check-in form and if parking is available during your stay, we will assign you parking.

4. Upon arrival, you let yourself in (pin codes for entry to the hotel, your room and parking, if available) will be provided in your check-in email. Arriving earlier than check-in time? Feel free to get in-touch to see if your room is ready. Check-in up to 2hrs ahead of time free of charge, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel 24hrs before your arrival to arrange for an early check-in.
